Yes, we do. While the vast majority of our cases come from the Denver Metro Area, we do many cases from surrounding areas of the state, and some as far away as Durango or Eagle County.
The problem for folks outside of the Denver area is logistics. They may have to travel far to see us. While the Bankruptcy court is located in Denver, Trustee meetings are held throughout the state and it may be more convenient to find a lawyer more convenient to your home.
Still, some clients prefer using a Denver Bankruptcy Lawyer because they want their matters handled privately and feel using a local lawyer in a small town may not be as private. Also, the vast concentration of Bankruptcy Lawyers in Colorado are in Denver, so some folks feel the expertise may be higher or the price better in the metro area.
