We are excited to announce that beginning October 1, 2013, David Hoskins, Attorney at Law, will be moving into Mile High Bankruptcy’s historic offices at 1888 Sherman Street, Suite 650, Denver, Colorado 80203.
While a completely separate business and not associated directly with Mile High Bankruptcy, Mr. Hoskins is an excellent, experienced bankruptcy attorney specializing in helping people with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, and a good friend.
Mr. Hoskins will be available to consult on certain issues the firm does not generally provide services for, in particular, Chapter 13 bankruptcies, which Mile High Bankruptcy does not file.
Mr. Milwid of Mile High Bankruptcy represented many, many clients in Chapter 13 cases over the years, but has developed a specialized practice now focusing exclusively on Chapter 7. However, Mr. Milwid always considers the Chapter 13 alternatives for clients in his consultations, and if a client’s interests would best be served by Chapter 13, Mr. Milwid provides a referral to an experienced attorney who does this type of work.
